I’ve been tooling along, getting my workouts in pretty much daily. I’ve even started working out twice a day a few times a week. Still planking daily and added side planks. Matter of fact, I’m in the top 3 plankers on Twitter ;-). The #1 planker is some kid
so she doesn’t really count! Just kidding 😀
Today is one of my double workout days. I had to miss the first workout due to car trouble. Later I was all set to hit the gym and get at least one workout when it started raining….hard. And you know what? I decided to just not freaking go. I will more than likely workout 5 out of the next 6 days, with 2 double workout days mixed in. I’m going to cut myself some slack and not worry about being less than perfect. I will stay on my program with my food and maybe have a 30 min. dance party in my bedroom. You know why?
