It’s the middle of February and we’re all getting a little comfortable, slacking on our resolutions, etc. Time to get back on track before things get too far out of hand! I think a challenge is in order. What would you like to do?
A vitamin challenge?
A food diary challenge?
A fitness challenge?
Something I haven’t thought of?
And just to sweeten the pot I will award a prize to the winner of the challenge, whatever we decide it is…

Personally, I need motivation / education on healthy eating. I get so many good ideas on here but you’re right…middle of the winter and have been slacking. Why is it so challenging in the winter to eat right? Is it all the comfort foods available? I’d go for a food diary challenge! It would help me keep in line….!
I could post a template of a food journal page for those who aren’t journaling yet and the prize could be a VERY lovely leatherbound 1 yr journal

I just completed a 3 Day Juice Fast and will continue to go meatless throughout the Lent Season. I am embracing a healthy lifestyle. After a few more weeks focused on eating and nutrition, I will incorporate (slowly) exercising.

I have to begin by walking. I know this, it’s just hard getting up from the desk to do it. I’m my own worst enemy.

I finally got the nerve to step on the scale & I’m down 13 pounds since my surgery! Scale is moving in the right direction! Thank you for helping me & keeping me accountable & giving me the courage to step on the scale! Happy Tears.
